Spinach

Low Cal Mozzarella Cheese

Diced potatoes (no more than 1-1/2 cups)

Sautéd onions


Mix all ingredients into a pan & bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes


Great alternative for those mornings you are running behind & need a quick options for breakfast
