SPECIALTY CLASSSES

BEGINNER FITNESS
No experience? No problem.
In this class is entry level, designed at a lower intensity for beginners.

ZUMBA
In this class, you will participate in a interval-style dance fitness part that combines low intensity moves. You'll burn LOTS of calories as you move to the latin-inspired class.

YOGA
In this class postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

WEIGHTLIFTING
This class is strictly weight- lifting. You be practicing proper form as we use linear progression to build strength including barbells, kettlebell and dumbbell movements.
TRAINING


Group Fitness
1 on 1 Training
In this class, you will be working with a certified personal trainer in a group setting to complete a strenuous 60 min exercise. This class is based on a push/pull strength training program that includes nutrition and personal measurments/progress.
During this 60 minutes you will be working with JAEFIT one on one session. You will and your trainer will work hand in to reach personal goals and development. Although one on one training can seem more intense, the results are custom based on your body type and fitness goals.
