Protein protein protein!!

I know we are all Consuming protein but is it enough to give you the results you want? Make sure you are eating AT LEAST 100g or your target body weight in protein. Yes that is a lot whoever you can work smart not harder. Eat foods HIGH in protein and low in calories ESPECIALLY if you are trying to lean/lose weight. Greek yogurt, almonds, tuna, cottage cheese, beef jerky are all examples of snacks loaded with protein. READ YOUR NUTRITION labels so you know what you are eating/drinking.
